Dr.Waseem is a Professional Consultant. Since 2011, after he made a shift from being working as a community pharmacist at Aldawaa Medical Services Co. - ksa (DMSCO) to professional training the pharmacist at Aldawaa Medical Services Co. - KSA (DMSCO), he has been helping other pharmacists in increasing their soft skills and selling techniques.

 

As a certified trainer, specialized in creating unique result-oriented upselling strategies and conducting training sessions, Waseem's job is to target leads, convert them to clients, and to delight customers through a detailed process.

With his background in communication skills, Dr.Waseem’s strategies were important to raise the selling in different Pharmacies across Saudia Arabia. Some of his Job duties are Identification of learning needs, LN analysis, and setting objectives.

And Design blended learning sessions, delivering, and evaluate.

Along with these, As a pharmaceutical soft skills trainer in a major pharmacy chain in Saudi Arabia (more than 1000 Pharmacies & 3000 Pharmacists all over the country) since April 2011 till present, He trained more than 40000 Pharmacists, more than 100000 training hours (both continuous soft skills training, inductive training program, and Roleplays).

Also, he helped to Improve manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solutions; coaching and counseling managers and employees. Set Annual continuous training plan, Send training reports as required by Medical affairs and training department.
